Dragon Trainer

The young and adventureous Tequila is having her first meeting with the blue pond dragon, Albert. 

This idea started while I was doing some face studies of all the elders reading their newspaper in the library...It obviously didn't come from the elders but rather from something old within me: Dragons. Thoose creatures have always, even since I was a little boy, played a big part in my fantasies and paintings. 
    So I basically did a sketch that pleased me, tried it on my computer, hated it...But from there, this came to life all because of my friend Daniel who introduced me to some beautiful music written by J. Tillman. His music gave me this sort of mysterious, almost magical vibe that heavily influenced theese two characters meeting, which somehow, atleast for me, is filled with some kind of sadness. Almost as if Tequila and Albert already are saying farwell to each other.
